Located in Barnt Green, the client had a large and expanding family. The solution was to convert the garage and extend to the rear under permitted development rights. The rear would encompass full length corner bifolds to the garden and roof lights to add plenty of light.

Located in a quiet village, the client needed more space for their growing family. A single storey front open plan extensions was designed along with a zinc roof. A double storey rear extension, with larch cladding , ensuite, new bedroom and office were created at the rear.
